Registration is now taking place for the Flag Football program for those entering the 2nd thru 4th grades. This program focuses on skill development and learning the basic concepts of football. This will be accomplished by incorporating regularly scheduled practice periods during the course of the season in addition to game play. Skill sessions have been scheduled for August 22 and 29 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. at the Oakwood Park football field. Players will then be assigned to teams following these skill sessions with weekly practices to follow. Games will be scheduled for Sunday afternoons at Oakwood Park beginning September 19. Registration is now taking place for the Fall Youth Volleyball program for those girls in the 3rd thru 6th grades. This is an instructional program designed to introduce players to the game of volleyball. Skill develop and game play will be included. The first evaluation session will be held on Sunday, August 29 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm at the Napoleon High School gym. A new private boat dock storage policy has been implemented by the City of Napoleon. There will be a $50.00 annual fee to place docks at the Ritter Park boatramp facility. In addition to the annual fee, dock storage will also be subject to various removal dates based on the zone in which they are stored.
