Bid Opportunities

Procurement for goods or services in excess of $50,000 (per resolution 69-22 12/19/2022) are handled by formal bidding. Bids are awarded to the lowest and best bidder meeting the City's specifications. 

Listed below are the City of Napoleon's current bid opportunities. All sealed bids are opened in the City of Napoleon Council Chambers, 255 W Riverview Avenue, Napoleon OH 43545 on the date and time indicated in each bid package. Each bid package will include contact information if you have any questions regarding the specifics of any bids.

Bidders list, engineer's estimate and all additional information regarding all bids will be posted on the website in a timely manner if applicable. However, in order to submit a valid bid, all bid packages must be obtained from the City of Napoleon's Engineering Department and the deposit must be paid. The potential bidder will then be added to the Plan Holder's List.
