Kevin L. Garringer is the Finance Director for the City of Napoleon. In this position, he oversees all financial items for all City of Napoleon departments. This includes yearly budgets, daily account payables, and receivables, and biweekly payroll. Additionally, the Finance Director is responsible for the utility billing and income tax departments.

Prior to becoming the City Finance Director, Mr. Garringer was the Henry County Auditor for ten years. In this capacity, he received several State Auditor awards. He was a past President of the NW Ohio Auditors Association and was a member of the Executive/Legislative board of the Ohio County Auditors Association.

Mr. Garringer is a lifelong resident of Henry County and has lived in Napoleon over the past 20 years. A graduate of Patrick Henry, he then went on to Bowling Green State University to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is currently on the Board of the Henry County United Way and the Center of Child and Family Advocacy organization.

Mr. Garringer is married to Kim Garringer. Kim Garringer is a legal assistant, with over 30 years of experience, at a local law firm. Mr. and Mrs. Garringer have two adult children and one grandchild.
